HOW IT WORKS

We’re a full service operation that handles architectural drawings, variance, permit applications, and all construction trades. We believe in being 100% transparent, so we’ve made it as easy as 1-2-3!

1. FREE ESTIMATE

Fill out our online form, or call/text/email us so we can schedule your free estimate! When we come for our visit, we will brainstorm your needs and what you’re looking to do. We’ll take pictures, get some measurements, and gather everything else we need in order to provide a detailed estimate.

2. SIGN CONTRACT

We’ll prepare the estimate and email it over for your review. The contract and payment terms will be clearly defined. You’ll also have the option to view payment methods and our home financing options. We’ll help answer any other questions you may have before we sign the contract.

3. LET’S GET TO WORK

After we receive your deposit, we’ll gather material and set up a start date. Our team will arrive and we can review any last minute changes. We work quickly and efficiently to get your project done!

Are You Licensed and Insured?

Yes, our Home Improvement Contractor license is attached in all our estimates. We also carry general liability (GL) insurance. No worries here.

Do You Offer Financing?

We want to help make your dream projects attainable so we’ve partnered with the industry’s best lenders who help ensure funding in as early as 3-days. This means you can get funded quickly and we can start our project together sooner. You can easily apply for our homeowner financing directly through our online estimate.

What About Payment?

For a typical remodeling project, our payment schedule is simple… half now, half later. It will be clearly spelled out in all our contracts to avoid surprises. We accept Cash, Check, PayPal, Venmo, and probably any other payment app out there. Credit cards / ACH transfers are also accepted, but a small fee will apply to the total job cost.

Do You Price Match Other Estimates?

Yes, but many factors go into pricing a remodeling job and as with most things…you get what you pay for. Quality of work (and our awesomeness) is hard to show in a written estimate and is also a factor in costs. When a contractor carries all the proper and required licenses and insurances, his prices will be higher than a “fly by night” contractor. But hey, we want to help. Send us your written estimate showing the same material and project scope as ours, and we’ll see what we can do.

How Soon Can You Start My Project?

This one is easy. As soon as our online contract is signed and we receive your deposit, we can get you on our schedule. Signing the contract and sending the deposit ensures that we understand your expectations and we all agree to the details of your project.

How Do You Handle The Dirty Work?

What we do can get messy especially when we’re demolishing things and trying to haul it out of your home. We take every measure to contain the dust and debris… We tarp our work area, lay cloths on the floors and stairs, and vacuum/broom before the end of each day. Dust is to be expected, but we try to work quickly and efficiently so you can enjoy your new space sooner.

Does Every Job Need A Permit?

It depends as not all construction requires a building permit. A building permit generally is required whenever structural work like removing walls, adding a bathroom, or converting a garage into a living space. We don’t typically need permits for painting, replacing wall tiles or flooring. If your project does require a permit, then we take care of pulling all permits and scheduling all inspections.
